The platform will be Internet driven and can be linked via your Companies own intranet or via a web address. We will adopt your firm's website (skins) into the platform to give the users a friendly appeal and illusion of your firms own developed product. All items will have designated levels of viewing privilege (location, department etc) eliminating any unauthorized personnel from viewing products or creating orders for materials that are not associated with their group. Materials kept in stock such as statement envelopes, presentation materials, and any specialize legal items will all be viewable on–:line and available for next day releases nationwide as required. Inventory level notifications will be automated within the platform as well. When a predetermined minimum inventory level has been reached an email notification will go out to the proper person for authorization to reorder the specific materials. This process guarantee that all your Companies locations will have their specific materials in stock and available at a moment’s notice.

All Your Companies locations, budget codes, cost centers bill to information along with any specific shipping methods required will be pre–populated into your system as well. Authorized personnel will have to select from a drop down window versus typing in the information making the system very easy to use. Print by Premier will provide a detailed electronic invoice of all purchases broken down by order date, department, location and product on a monthly basis. This monthly summary will allow for all locations to have the same uniform costs basis for all products regardless of their volume. From a branding perspective, all regions will have the "same identical look" by centralizing the ordering process.

All inventory and fulfillment materials will have the same procedures as placing an order... The basic’s ordering desk comes standard with a comprehensive and fully customizable reporting engine. Any data you choose for a report, as well as how you want that data grouped, can be output as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PDF or HTML.
